Kids' Mindfulness Class 5:45 pm (Ages 7-11)

This eight-week program meets every Thursday at 5:45 PM, from August 21 to October 9.
About the Program
Led by Daiana Amyradakis, with a bachelor's in Psychology, a master's Marriage and Family Therapy, and Certified Mindfulness Teacher; this fun, creative, and interactive program promotes emotional wellness and resilience in children. It blends evidence-based cognitive behavioral tools, mindfulness practices, and targeted relaxation strategies to help children:
- Manage stress and emotions
- Strengthen emotional regulation
- Build self-soothing skills
- Foster focus, confidence, and empathy
- Learn lifelong tools that will promote their mental health
With small group sizes, each child benefits from personalized guidance and support, creating a richer and more impactful experience.
Please note: A full-term commitment (all 8 classes) is highly encouraged. Like physical fitness, developing mindfulness and cognitive strategies takes consistent time and practice.
